Welcome to the Ashland Special Needs Ministry blog! I have always had a love for children of all ages, young and old with special needs and their pure love for Jesus when they hear the gospel. Throughout the Bible, we see Jesus seek out those with disabilities, love them, touch them when others would not, stop speaking when a man with disabilities is lowered through the roof to see Him, and He served them. That is what Ashland Special Needs Ministry would like to do. We want to serve families and love them!
Through this blog I hope to share some of my favorite blogs, articles, websites, fun ideas and encouragement that leads me closer to the Lord and serving others with special needs. Below is one that keeps me eternally minded as I remember that this is not our home and that we are all disabled to some extent. I prefer to call us all "differently abled". Praying this encourages you and reminds you that we are all made for a purpose by His mighty hands.
